This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR as against the petitioners in Crime No.36 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee on 03.04.2025 itself vide e-filing No.LTN20230001562C2024 00013.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final report.
