This Writ Petition is filed seeking police protection for the property alleging that a civil Court decree in her favour regarding the property. However the 2nd respondent is trying to criminal trespass into the land and interfering with the peaceful possession. 2.

The allegations apparently civil in nature, the parties are workout their remedy before the civil Court. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
