When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that the First Information Report registered in Criminal No.50 of 2022 has been closed as mistake of facts and the final report in RCS.No.1 of 2025 has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mannarkudi in e-filing No.LTN20220002451C 202500050 on 18.08.2025.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is for the petitioner to take legal course as per law.
