PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the relevant records of the impugned proceedings pertaining to issue of Charge Memo No.R1/3575/2016/2016-3 dated 19.02.2016 by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as arbitrary, unreasonable, vague, malafide and in violation of Rule of Law abuse of statutory powers as well as in gross violation of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution and pass such further order.
