The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.02.2016, in accordance with law.

It is seen from the representation dated 29.02.2016, the petitioner requested the first respondent to take action as against the respondents 3 & 4. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the
petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so adviced.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
