O R D E R

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on condition that he should deposit Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.1 of 2025 and to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders. However, the petitioner was not able to comply the order granting anticipatory bail order dated 15.04.2025 and sought for modification seeking extension to deposit Rs.3,00,000/-.

2. This Court after considering the nature of the crime, dismissed the petition for modification on 10.07.2025. However, extended the time for payment by two weeks. Even after lapse of 50 days, the petitioner has not complied the condition. Now, seeks for further extension.

3. This Court taking note of the fact that it is an economic offence and the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, unable to comply the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail. Hence, the petition seeking extension of time stands dismissed. The respondent police shall proceed in accordance with law.
