This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue the educational loan of Rs.13,10,000/- (for 5 years) to the petitioner's son Rajkumar.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion on 10.07.2020, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed after two weeks. Even today (i.e., 29.11.2021), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case.
