A.No.8054 of 2019 A.No.8054 of 2019 in O.P.No.621 of 2017 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J This application has been filed to record the death of the deceased 4th petitioner Mrs.Babu Ammal in the above OP for Letters of Administration.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the main O.P was filed for Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 and the O.P. was ordered on 01.04.2019. It is further submitted that the fourth respondent in the meanwhile died on 03.02.2017, but it was not informed to this Court, since she was not a beneficiary under the Will.
