ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 01.04.2024, passed in Crl.O.P.No.8071 of 2024, so as to enable compliance with all the conditions imposed therein.

2. This Court passed an order dated 01.04.2024 and the conditions imposed therein has not been complied with. Now the petition for modification is filed after lapse of one year and four months. This Court finds no genuineness in this application. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Further, the Anticipatory bail granted stands cancelled for non-compliance of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8071 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024.
