ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply the orders passed in C.M.P.No.28564 of 2022 dated 09.09.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt.Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner /complainant and the accused have been enquired by the police and on enquiry, the police found that both the parties filed suits in O.S.No.588 of 2019 before the IV Additional Court, Coimbatore, O.S.No.676 of 2019 before the V Additional Court, Coimbatore and O.S.No.181 of 2020 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore and also filed Tr.O.P.Nos.234 of 2021, 20 of 2022 & 22 of 2022 before Principal District Court, Coimbatore. Since many civil cases are pending before the Civil Court between the parties and they had not appeared for enquiry, they have been advised to approach the civil Court to solve their problem. Therefore, the complaint has been closed on 03.10.2022.
Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action upon the closure report of the respondent police.
