Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to forthwith provide reconnection of H.T. Services for Unit III with Code No.447 and Unit IV with Code No.460.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to forthwith provide reconnection of H.T.Services for Unit III with Code No.447 and Unit IV with Code No.460.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner seeking reconnection of H.T.Services, by conducting enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands

disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
