This writ petition had been filed to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders to transfer only the surplus teachers outside the union without transferring the petitioner who have not been rendered surplus. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the 3rd writ petitioner Smt.K.Ilavarasi filed writ petition in W.P.No.16039 of 2017 and this Court passed an order. 3.As far as the petitioners 1 and 2 are concerned, they were already are retransferred. Thus, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this 2/4

writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
