Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent university to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2023 in light of the orders of this Court issued in W.P.No.23322 of 2021 batch dated 27.01.2022 and thereby disburse the arrears of Ph.D stipend to the petitioner for the period 1/4
from January to June, 2021 amounting to Rs.1,89,450/- as has been already disbursed to 3 similarly placed claimants, along with interest and within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER
Ms.Sreela, learned counsel on record files a memo to the following effect:- "1. The petitioner had prayed for disbursal of his unpaid Phd.D stipend dues by the Respondent University in the above mentioned Writ Petition. Pending disposal of the Writ Petition, the Respondent University has now issued a Demand Draft No.724850 for the sum of Rs.1,75,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Seventy Five Thousand Only) dated 30.10.2023 to the Petitioner. The same is received by the Petitioner who is present in person before this Hon'ble Court, as full and final settlement to his satisfaction.
In view of the above settlement of the dispute and outstanding dues involved therein, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the present Memo, along with true copy of the Demand Draft enclosed, and the Writ Petition may be disposed as Withdrawn."

2. She also seeks withdrawal of the writ petition and is so permitted. Recording the memo, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
