ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein had filed a petition in O.P.No. 72 of 2021 on the file of Sub Court, Uthankarai against the respondent wife for the relief of divorce.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a 1/3

direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that he already filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and though it was allowed, the same was not complied by the respondent wife. However, she initiated D.V.C. proceedings in D.V.No.8 of 2020 and also not cooperating with that proceedings. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.

4. Records perused. On perusal of entire facts, it reveals that the respondent wife filed a counter in the year of 2021 and nearly about one year, the case is pending without any progress. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
