ORDER

Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the seniority list dated 21.09.2022 needs to be altered and that the petitioner's name will have to be included at Serial No.7 in the seniority list of Bench Clerk Grade III and that his representation dated 17.06.2022 in connection thereto is still under consideration. From the pleadings, it is evident that only after the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2022, the seniority list has been drawn. In view of the above, it is open to the petitioner to address a representation objecting to the seniority list dated 21.09.2022 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after hearing the petitioner in person, the first respondent shall take a decision within a period of one month thereafter, and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the first respondent's decision to be taken, it is open to her to challenge the same, if so advised. 2/4

With the above direction and observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. Costs made easy.
