This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall 1/3

appear and sign before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for 30 days" imposed in the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tambaram dated 06.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week. Let the order of the learned Magistrate shall be complied with by the petitioner. No further orders will be passed. If the condition is complied with, for the said period of 30 days, then the condition will automatically be relaxed without any further condition. 12.10.2023 mjs To
