This Writ Petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2015 for deleting the wrong entries made in the revenue record in respect
of lands measuring to an extent of 0.19.5 Hectare in Survey No.244/1, 0.10.0 Hectare in Survey No.244/3, 0.20.0 in Survey No.244/5, 0.09.0 Hectare in Survey No.244/8, 0.21.0 Hectare in Survey No.250/8 and 0.06.0 in Survey No.264/7 of Vengatesapuram village, Hosur taluk, Krishnagiri District and pass orders within time limit prescribed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, the lands measuring to an extent of 0.19.5 Hectare in Survey No.244/1, 0.10.0 Hectare in Survey No.244/3, 0.20.0 in Survey No.244/5, 0.09.0 Hectare in Survey No.244/8, 0.21.0 Hectare in Survey No.250/8 and 0.06.0 in Survey No.264/7 of Vengatesapuram village, Hosur taluk, Krishnagiri District originally belonged to one Munibabu @ Muniyappa by inheritance and after his demise, his sons, Bekkiliappa and Yellappa had succeeded the same. The petitioner is the legal heir of Yellappa. Neither Bekkiliappa nor Yellappa had sold the property to any third party during their life time. While so, when the petitioner approached 3rd respondent for computerized patta in order to avail agricultural loan, to his shock and surprise, he came to know that a name of one Muniellappa has been wrongly included in the patta.
Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents dated 29.12.2015, requesting them to delete the wrong entries in the venue records in the respect of the above said lands. However, there was no response from the respondents, which prompted the petitioner to approach this Court by way of present writ petition.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2015 in accordance with law and on merits after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
