ORDER

After arguing briefly, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the appellant made a statement on instructions that he would be withdrawing this petition, and that he would seek leave of this Court to raise all his defenses during trial. He, however, submitted that the petitioner herein who was arrayed as A1 before the trial Court has been reinstated in service after revoking the suspension slapped on him, and he is now working as Tahsildhar, Cuddalore and therefore seeks his appearance may be dispensed with. 2.This Court accordingly dismisses this petition as withdrawn. The appearance of the present petitioner, however, is dispensed with unless the trial Court requires his presence. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
