This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2548 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.112 of 2018 dated 21.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This Court has granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition. 4.Since the petitioner has complied with the aforementioned condition, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. List the Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.No.112 of 2018 on 19.01.2023. It is made clear that no further time would be granted on the date of hearing.
