Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to appoint the enquiry officer not below rank of the Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies for conducing enquiry irregularities committed in the 1308 Ammapettai Urban Cooperative credit Society, Ammapettai, Salem District on the basis of the written representation made by the Petitioner on 11.12.2023 consequently to take necessary action against the Board of Directors and Officials.
