ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings No.Nil dated 16.05.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to return back the pledged jewels to the petitioners after receipt of the entire dues.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the
petitioners are ready and willing to pay the principle amount and the interest as per the calculation submitted by the third respondent.
4. Considering the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
