Today, the matter was listed under the caption for ''Reporting compliance''. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2023 while granting interim anticipatory bail, that the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the defacto complainant through Demand Draft on or before 03.02.2023, has been complied with and copy of the Demand Draft also produced. 3.In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 09.01.2023 is made absolute. The petitioner is also directed to comply with the following conditions.
(a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when require for interrogation;
(b)the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial;
(c)the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial; (d)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/ Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vsn accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioners released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji Vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560]; and;
(e)if the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 229-A IPC.
