The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail, though Non Bailable Warrant was issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.VIII, Coimbatore in C.C.No.219 of 2017 in the year 2017 itself. It is only preventing the trial from being conducted by the learned Magistrate. The charges were under Section 75(1)(c) of TNCP Act r/w Section 324 and 326 of IPC.

2. In view of these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
