The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.43 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 408 and 420 IPC, for the incident which took place in the year 2020. 2.The case of the prosecution is that petitioner and the other accused persons were working in M/s.FRR Forex Pvt Ltd Company. Defacto complainant is the owner of the said company. It is stated that the petitioner had manipulated the accounts and cheated the company for a sum of Rs.32,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakhs only). 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner herein has been arrayed as A2 in this case. He also stated that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Thus, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal 1/3

Side) that the anticipatory bail has been filed earlier and the same was dismissed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai and the second anticipatory bail filed before this Court was withdrawn as not pressed. He further stated that none of the accused had been secured and the money was also not recovered. Hence, he strongly opposed this anticipatory bail petition.

5. In view of these facts, I am not inclined to grand anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
