2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays this Court to correct the Petitioner's name as "Kalpesh K Jain @ Kalpesh Befna" instead of "Kalaivanan", in an anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22610 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025.
