O R D E R

This petition for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Crime No.286 of 2025 registered by the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 281, 110 of BNS Act. 1/4

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner in a drunken state had driven his two wheeler in a rash and negligent manner and dashed the de-facto complainant, due to which the de-facto complainant sustained fracture in his legs. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstances.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 20.08.2025 nvi 2/4
