ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 30.11.2020 between the petitioners and the 4th 1/3

respondent has been recorded. In spite of the notice being served on the respondents 1 to 3, they have neither chosen to appear in person nor through their counsel.

2.Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court dated 07.03.2023, a general paper publication has been effected by the petitioner and affidavit of service has also been filed. Learned Master has recorded that no objection has been received.

3.The said Joint Memo of Compromise had been taken on record and shall form the integral part of this order. Accordingly, this Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the parties.
