This petition has been filed to direct the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Chennai to take the Charge sheet filed by the Second respondent police in Crime No.735/2017 dated 29.03.2017 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Chennai for further procedure.
