Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the decree for mandatory injunction for removing the water tank has already been executed. Inasmuch as the present appeal being one challenging the said mandatory injunction, there is no cause for action for preferring the appeal. 2.This petition accordingly stands closed as infructuous. Consequently, the second appeal in S.A.SR.No.122852 of 2022 stands rejected at SR stage itself.
