O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the charge memo framed by the second respondent in his proceedings Roc.No.22530/2008/VI dated 05.07.2014 and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 31.05.2008 with all monetary and other attendant benefits.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going to the main relief, limited his prayer only for a direction to the respondents to pass final orders in the charge memo issued by the second respondent, since the enquiry initiated, pursuant to the charge memo dated 05.07.2014, has been concluded on 19.01.2016.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1and 2.

4.Considering the fact that as the enquiry has come to end on 19.01.2016 and the petitioner has limited his prayer only to issue direction to the respondents, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the concluded enquiry proceedings, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
