The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii) (B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.79 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Based on the confession given by A1, from whom 1.3 kg of Ganja seized, the present petitioner has been arrayed as accused and wanted. The confession statement of the arrested accused indicates that the petitioner is a supplier of the contraband.
3. Considering the nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail.
4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 18.08.2025 dna 2/4
