This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the District Collector, Perambalur District to appoint Sri.E.Valluvan Nambi, Advocate, E.No.281 of 1980 as Special Prosecutor in Spl.Sessions Case S.C.No.3 of 2017 on the file of the Special Court, SC & ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, Perambalur.
