Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.03/Kaa.Thu.Ka./Naa.Vu dated 22.03.2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same; consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to hold street-corner meetings at requested places in Sendamangalam Town as mentioned in his representation dated 17.07.2016 as scheduled on 26.02.2016 and to provide adequate police protection for the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
