ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that the provisional assessment claim of Rs.27,16,511/- has been passed without assigning reasons and calculating the amount of consumption charges and therefore he made his objections for the same and the Department has not taken any decision by considering his objections. If any final order has been passed, then the petitioner is having a remedy by filing a statutory appeal. 2.Without expressing anything on merits on claims made by either of the parties, this Court directs the respondents to pass a detailed order of assessment arrived at by the petitioner for this demand charges of Rs.27,16,511/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is having any grievance as against this order, it is always open to them to file a statutory appeal. 3.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
