2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the original certified copy of the impugned Lok Adalat Award dated 09.12.2017 made in Lok Adalat Case No.1382 of 2017 in O.S.No.117 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankari.
