This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders" imposed in the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge in 1/3

Crl. M.P. No.22771 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday for four (4) weeks at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required. 11.10.2023 mjs To
