ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Election Declaration published by the 2nd respondent on 04.10.2019 for the E.2591, Parvathipuram Urban Cooperative Credit Society, Parvathipuram, Vadalur, Kurinjipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District. She further submitted that the period of election will be five years, the said period got over on 04.10.2024. Hence nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication.

2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
