This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 02.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.16873 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., till 30.11.2023 and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday, at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
