O R D E R
The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application No.308022290 dated 07.02.2022 of the petitioner for shifting of Electricity Pole situated in front of the house of the petitioner in S.F.No.106 situated at Jallipatti Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District within a stipulated time. 2.The petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent for shifting of the electricity pole, which is in front of his property. The petitioner's grievance is despite his payment of a sum of Rs.25,250/- as demanded, the shifting has not happened.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner today reports that the pole has already shifted.
4.Recording his submission, this Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No costs.
