ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 296 (b), 115 (2), 118 (1) and 351 (3) of BNS, in Crime No.323 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity arose during Cricket game, these

petitioners had attacked two persons. Hence, the case. Dr.G. JAYACHANDRAN, J.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons who had been falsely implicated in this case by the respondent Police. He also submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. Hence, prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that after being treated as in- patient, the injured were recently discharged. Hence, strongly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records. 6.Considering the pre-planned attack by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
