ORDER
[The Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the first respondent to release the Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No. TN-42-P-8415 seized by the Second Respondent on 28.09.2019 to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents had stated that a case in F.I.R.No.471 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioner on 13.11.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the First Information Report dated 13.11.2019 in F.I.R.No.471 of 1 / 2
2019 to that effect. The Respondents herein also appeared before this Court and reiterated the same.
4. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court. No costs.
