This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) by this Court on 07/08/2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17260 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police station, once in every week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
