ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the cancellation of tender vide proceedings dated 31.10.2022 pursuant to the tender notice dated 12.08.2022 issued by the 4th respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted the tender was awarded in favour of the third party and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
