ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 07.07.2015 claiming compensation for the lands acquired. According to the petitioner, except him , all other persons whose lands were acquired have been paid compensation and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
alone has been discriminated. The petitioner submits that he has already forwarded all the copies of the necessary records to the authorities and in spite of the two representations, i.e., 06.12.2014 and 07.07.2015, no action has been initiated. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and after perusing the documents and pass reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner. The above direction shall be complied with by the 3rd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
