ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking protection to life and liberty from the respondents 6 to 9.

2. The allegation in this writ petition is that there is a dispute between the private respondents and the petitioner's family. The complaint was given on 04.05.2023 to the fifth respondent police and the case was registered against three persons in Cr.No.281 of 2023. However, there are other persons who are supporting the named accused 2/5

and arrayed as respondents 6 to 9 in this case. They have not been investigated and they are trying to disturb the life and liberty of the daughters of the petitioner. The respondent police submitted that pursuant to the complaint, investigation was completed and found that three persons were actually involved in the alleged offence. Since there is no materials against the private respondents 6 to 9 in this writ petition they are not charge sheeted.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. If the petitioner is aggrieved by omission of any persons he can file protest petition and seek remedy in accordance with law. Vv 10.10.2023 To
