ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for direction forbearing the second respondent from passing orders in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/1698/2019 dated 09.09.2019 pending disposal of the suit in OS.No.742 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alandur.

2. Heard, Mr.A.Sundara Vadhanan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that while pending the writ petition, the second respondent passed order in the proceedings No.Na.Ka.A1/1698/2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order passed in the proceedings Na.Ka.No.A1/ 1698/2019 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
