ORDER
When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to get backwages from the respondent. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdraw, however, with regard to backwages, the respondent is directed to settle the backwages in accordance with law. No Costs.
