The prayer sought for herein is to bring on record the proposed defendants viz., 1) Amita Keshav, 2) Mrs.Shruti Gehenwar and 3) Mr.Shashwat as the legal representatives of the deceased first defendant viz., Dr.B.Keshav Singh and rank them as defendants 20 to 22 in the above suit.

2. This application had been taken out to bring the legal representatives of the first defendant who is deceased. Though all of them served, except the learned counsel appearing for 10th and 11th respondents, no one is appearing for the other respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the 10th and 11th respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Since it has become necessitated to bring the legal representatives of the deceased, this Court is inclined to allow this application and the legal representatives of the first defendant had been brought on record.
