ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 409 of IPC/ 316(2) and 316(5) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No. not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police states that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.320 of 2024 against one Ganesan. He states that if the petitioner participates in the petition enquiry, the respondent police shall proceed to find out whether any cognizable offence is made out or not.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on receipt of the summons and the respondent police shall complete the petition enquiry in CSR.No.320 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of
