This petition has been filed seeking to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 7th Respondent viz Mr.Thanigasalam, Logeshwaran and Madhumitha, the proposed respondents, on record as the Respondents 12, 13 and 14 in O.P.No.602 of 2024.

2. There is no representation for the respondents.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and the fact that the proposed parties are the legal heirs of the deceased 7th respondent and they are the necessary parties, this application is allowed.
